Disclaimer
FundBiz publishes information about UK business finance. It is not a lender and does not give financial advice. If you send an enquiry, we pass your details to a business finance broker, who will contact you.
Who runs FundBiz
FundBiz is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd (Companies House 16833937). FundBiz is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Commercial lending to a limited company is generally outside the FCA's consumer credit rules.
Our enquiry form is intended for limited companies, LLPs and partnerships with four or more partners. It is not intended for sole traders or unincorporated businesses.
Who receives your enquiry
When you send an enquiry, we email the details you entered to FundingXperts Ltd (company 13384238), which describes itself as an independent business credit broker. The broker contacts you about your options and may introduce you to lenders. FundBiz does not send your enquiry to any lender, does not run a credit check and does not assess your chances of approval. Any lender makes its own decision using its own checks, which may include a credit search. See our privacy notice.
Not financial advice
Our guides, reviews and calculators are general information. We do not assess affordability, suitability or whether borrowing is right for your business. For advice on a borrowing decision, talk to your accountant or an FCA-authorised adviser.
Rates and terms
Where we show headline rates, loan sizes or decision times, they come from lender-published material and are dated where possible. They are guidance, not offers. The rate you are offered depends on the lender's decision for your business.
How we are paid
FundBiz is free for you to use. FundingXperts Ltd pays Best Business Loans Ltd a fixed fee for each enquiry we pass to them. We do not receive commission from lenders, and we do not rank or choose lenders for you, so how we are paid does not affect which lender you may be offered. More in how we are funded.
