FundBiz is used by busy UK business owners and finance managers comparing specialty finance, often on a phone, between jobs, or under time pressure. We build the site to be clear, fast and easy to use, whatever device or assistive technology you rely on.

Features to help you

  • Text size control. Use the "Text size: A A A" buttons in the header to make the on-page content larger. Your choice is remembered on your device.
  • Site search. A search box sits in the header on every page, and there is a full search page plus a site index listing every page in one place.
  • Plain English. We explain the jargon of specialty finance, factor rates, debentures, personal guarantees and the rest, and there is a glossary for the terms lenders use.
  • Readable design. Clear type, strong contrast, generous spacing and structured headings, with no pop-ups or auto-playing media to get in your way.
  • Keyboard and screen readers. Pages use proper headings, labels and landmarks, and a "Skip to main content" link, so they work with keyboard navigation and screen readers.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. We are not perfect, and we keep improving the site as we find and fix issues.
